An exciting opportunity exists for a Fleet Coordinator to support the Tip Top Canning Vale site. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is both a “hands on role and provides the coordination of all vehicle servicing and repairs” at the Canning Vale site covering Western Australia. This involves the planning, coordination, and execution of vehicle maintenance for the Western Australian region.

Purpose of the Role
- Responsible for main coordination and maintenance of the entire fleet.
- Allocation & scheduling of work orders (MEX)
- Review any health and safety related alerts and take appropriate action.
- Ensure food safety, legality and quality requirements are adhered to within their scope of responsibility. This will include the reporting of food safety incidents and adherence to requirements to ensure the integrity of the product is maintained.
- Raise Purchase Orders in accordance to the GWF procedure for maintenance parts etc.
- Ensure all vehicles are serviced and repaired to an operationally safe level.

About You
- Basic knowledge of Excel ad MEX is preferrable
- Ideally suited for someone with a mechanic background
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
