**About Us**

Auzi Cab Services is a leading transport company based in Perth, dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and efficient cab services across the region. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Position Summary**

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the operational activities of the company’s fleet. Your role will ensure vehicles are maintained, compliant with regulations, and optimally scheduled to meet service demands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement fleet maintenance and management programs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage budgets related to fleet operations, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel costs.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors for vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Ensure all vehicles meet statutory requirements and adhere to company policies.
- Plan and schedule vehicle deployment to maximize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on fleet performance and costs.
- Supervise and coordinate fleet staff and drivers as required.
- Respond promptly to any fleet-related emergencies or breakdowns.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicles to maintain standards.

**Selection Criteria**
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a vehicle fleet or in a related role is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with service providers.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
