Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for developing training resources for a large program of work within the state’s largest public educator

**Purpose of the role**:
The Instructional Designer will work with the program team to assist the Product Manager initially and then the Training Lead with the development of all training resources and organization of Lead Trainer Training.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- The Instructional Designer will also work with the program team to assist the Product Manager initially and then the Training Lead with the development of all training resources and organisation of Lead Trainer Training.
- Assist in the development of new SMS system quick reference guides, instructional videos, and guides.
- Support the Product Manager and SMS Lead Trainer with the knowledge transfer of SMS system adaption to Regional Lead Trainers.
- Participate in Business Process workshops to ensure alignments of SMS system user guides.

**Essential criteria**:

- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrated industry experience relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated expertise in the development of quick reference guides, instructional videos and guides.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
