We are looking for someone who has initiative and a loyal work ethic to join us for our internal Bookkeeper and Administration Support position.
**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated bookkeeper and administration support person for our multiple businesses. This role would only be suitable for an experienced person who is able to multi-task, as you will be required to perform multiple duties such as MYOB data entry, coordinating freight, customer liaison and more. We are offering a full time position and are looking for someone reliable and loyal, who would like to have a stable and long lasting role.
**Bookkeeping & General Account Duties**:
- MYOB- Modifying orders and sending to clients (when applicable)
- Freight of pools
- This includes (but not limited to) working with client/installer on required delivery date, chasing customer payments, quoting & booking freight, sending purchase orders, etc.
- Liaising with clients (as direct contact within the company) on service/warranty claims (as required) (training provided)
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis regarding active orders (includes but not limited to: chasing payments & sending receipts, obtaining delivery dates, booking transport, amending sales orders (as per company procedure) and working closely with our internal team (as required)
- Other duties as necessary
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- A Minimum of 10 years' solid experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- A demonstrated knowledge of all functions and processes
- Great organizational and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in MYOB Accounting software essential
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
