**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping & Accounting**:

- Maintain financial records using accounting software
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and employee expenses
- Process payroll, superannuation, and compliance
- Prepare and submit BAS, GST, PAYG, FBT, STP, Income Tax Returns, and other tax filings to ATO
- Support monthly/quarterly reporting, audits, and tax strategy
- Analyze financial data and prepare statements
- Manage tax compliance and risks
- Oversee employee benefits, fixed assets, and year-end tax adjustments

**Corporate Services**:

- Collaborate with global HR and oversee employee welfare programs, including health insurance, superannuation, and other benefits
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and employee welfare programs
- Ensure compliance with workplace laws (WHS)
- Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding and insurance policy administration

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and general accounting
- Certificate IV or higher in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, Sage, or similar. NetSuite experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
