**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Bookkeeper** with expertise in **childcare bookkeeping**, payroll, invoicing, **Xero**, and Australian tax requirements. This hands-on role is vital to maintaining our financial compliance and supporting smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage payroll, invoicing, PAYG, GST, and State Payroll Tax.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with **ATO regulations** and childcare standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **childcare bookkeeping** and Australian small business operations.
- Strong knowledge of **PAYG, GST, State Payroll Tax, and ATO compliance**.
- Proficiency in **Xero** and advanced computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Legal right to work in Australia.

**Salary**
AUD $59,000 - $71,000 annually, based on experience.
