We are an Australian, locally-owned business specialising in Hydraulic hose and fittings that have been in operation for **30+ years**, with **5 branches across the country**. Our Head Office, which is where you will be based, is in Caboolture, conveniently located just **2 minutes off the highway.**

**About the role**

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a leadership role managing a Graphic Designer and Content Creator, working closely with Sales, Operations and the Executive Team to deliver high-impact B2B campaigns.

**What you’ll be doing**
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping and driving our Marketing strategy. You’ll plan and deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support our Sales team.

Day to day, you’ll:

- Develop and execute Marketing plans across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure our messaging is consistent and compelling
- Analyse market trends and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and report on results
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Support and mentor the Marketing team to deliver high-quality work

**To be a successful, you should bring**
- **Digital marketing expertise** - confident with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Mailchimp
- **Campaign Management** - able to craft engaging campaigns for social media, websites, and other channels
- **Analytical ability** - comfortable working with data, tracking performance, and making decisions based on results
- **Brand and design awareness** - an eye for detail to ensure everything stays visually consistent and on brand
- **Leadership and collaboration** - great at communicating, organising, and bringing people together to deliver results
- **Adaptability and initiative** - able to spot opportunities and keep projects moving, even when things change quickly
