About the Role

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels

• Analyse market trends and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth
• Manage and track key performance indicators to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results
• Support and mentor the Marketing team to deliver high-quality work

Requirements

• Digital marketing expertise - confident with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp
• Campaign management - able to craft engaging campaigns for social media, websites, and other channels
• Analytical ability - comfortable working with data, tracking performance, and making informed decisions
• Brand and design awareness - an eye for detail to ensure everything stays visually consistent and on brand
• Leadership and collaboration - great at communicating, organising, and bringing people together to deliver results
• Adaptability and initiative - able to spot opportunities and keep projects moving, even when things change quickly
