**Job Description** About the Opportunity**

We are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a Retail Sales Merchandiser

Our client is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working **Wednesday - Friday (18 hours per week) **across the** North Brisbane **area with suburbs ranging from Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary, Bribie Island and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance, as well as:

- Merchandising our client's products in store
- Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
- Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
- Driving sales results
- Develop strong store relationships
- New line pre-sell and building of range distribution
- Implementation of product layouts
- Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity

**Key selection criteria**:

- Relevant experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising, highly favourable in Independent Grocery
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Valid driver licence and reliable car
