**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Data Migration Lead to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in the HRIS Transformation project. As a part of the Transformation team, you will provide leadership for the Data Migration Stream and effectively manage day-to-day activities and SME resources throughout the project lifecycle.

As the Data Migration Lead your responsibilities will include:

- Lead, coordinate, and support assigned functional workstream activities to ensure a successful outcome for the new HRIS system across all project phases.
- Drive the Data Migration Strategy, determining scope and migration approach between source systems and target ERP, with a focus on historical data requirements.
- Plan and execute Data preparedness activities, including data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
- Establish and maintain the Data governance framework related to ERP.
- Collaborate with functional teams to obtain refined requirements, ensuring cross-platform consideration of HR data.
- Perform initial Quality Assurance review of data quality.
- Escalate issues that may impact the Go-Live date or key milestones to the PMO.
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of workstream-related training, pre and post deployment, to ensure a successful knowledge transfer to the business.
- Assist with post go-live support and transition of outstanding workstream activities to the business.
- Build and maintain key internal and vendor partnership relationships.
- Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report against agreed schedules, resourcing, deliverables, risks, and issues for the assigned workstream.

**Your Skills & Experience***
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in managing data migration in large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data conversion methodologies.
- Experience with HRIS or ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
