**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join John Flynn** **Retirement Village,** Burwood East (Victoria)** as a Personal Care Worker. We have multiple part-time roles available across high and low care units**. **The shifts are outlined below:
**Mixed High/Low care unit**:
Monday
- 2145-0715
Tuesday
- 0700-1300, 1500-2200
Wednesday
- 0700-1500, 0700-1300, 0700-1300
Thursday
- 0700-1500, 0700-1300

**High care unit**:
Wednesday and Thursday: 0700-1500
Tuesday to Saturday: 0700-1330
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 1500-2100
Tuesday and Thursday: 2200-0700

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
