**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join John Flynn Retirement Village, Burwood East as a Personal Care Worker. We have multiple permanent part time position working within our high care team.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 0700 - 1500
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Sunday 0700 - 1300
Tuesday to Friday 1500 - 2100
Tuesday to Friday 1600 - 2100
Sunday and Monday or Wednesday and Thursday 2200 - 0700

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

**About You**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Cert 3/4 in aged care or individual care or disability or overseas nursing background required
- Residential aged care facility experience for at least 12month
- Understanding elder abuse is essential
- Experience in care for palliative residents is essential
- Efficient time management, accurate documentation skills, able to work independently without supervision and under pressure.
