**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join John Flynn** **Retirement Village, Burwood East as a Personal Care Worker. We have multiple part-time positions available in our dementia & special care unit**. **The available shifts are outlined below:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 07:00 - 13:00
Tues, Wed, Thurs 15:00 - 21:00
- Lounge care giver_
Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sun 1500-2000

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
