About the Role

We are currently seeking a Permanent, Full-time & Casual community-based Personal Care Workers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality personal care, including showering, toileting, grooming, dressing, and assistance with meals
  • Supporting clients with light domestic tasks such as meal preparation, dishwashing, and general housekeeping
  • Monitoring and observing changes in client health or behaviour, and reporting concerns promptly to the care team

What You'll Bring

  • Experience as a personal care worker, preferably in Aged Care
  • We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting older Australians to live independently at home
  • Ability to travel to multiple residential homes with some overnight shifts

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia
  • Current Police Check (within last 3 years) or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence and Reliable vehicle
