**Your key responsibilities**:
Provide support to the Committee Secretariat in conducting Committee business.
Provide administrative support in preparing and maintaining records of all Committee activities including meeting schedules, agendas and accurate minutes including decisions.
**Key competencies (role specific criteria)**:
Demonstrates an understanding of the key drivers for all stakeholders, internal and external, and works to provide best value solutions.
Able to interpret customer needs and provide quality customer service.
Builds and sustains a network of key contacts. Regularly collaborates with stakeholders to develop relationships and partnerships to drive outcomes.
