We’re seeking an experienced trades assistant who enjoys both warehousing and production duties to join their dynamic team. This temp-to-perm role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a culture that celebrates creativity and recognises achievements.
**Role Overview**: As a key team member, you will manage various warehousing and production tasks to ensure efficient operations and quality outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with production to prepare large, bulky products for shipment, including wrapping and transferring them to pallets
- Operate power tools to assist with production and maintenance tasks
- Load trucks with products and move items as needed
- Perform yard work to maintain a tidy and organised external work area
- Conduct housekeeping duties to keep the workspace clean and orderly
- Pick and pack orders accurately
- Manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and organisation

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in warehousing and production roles
- Active forklift licence
- Proficiency in using power tools
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including yard work and loading trucks
- Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
