**About Us**

Based in the Clayton area, you will be representing a wholesale manufacturer with a focus on providing customer service to various clients around Australia. In 40 years, this business has grown to provide a variety of custom-made soft furnishings products and window covering solutions for residential and commercial projects.

This position will involve you to think on your feet while you utilise your customer service and administrative skills to provide desired outcomes for your customers to make sure all deadlines and expectations are met.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Administration, customer service, data entry with general office duties
- Communication with suppliers, customers, and workroom
- Build rapport and resolve customer queries in a constructive manner
- Handle difficult problems or complaints to provide desired solutions
- Deal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomes

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience working within a busy office environment
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries
- A background in the manufacturing, building, construction, retail trade industry
- Clear and concise communication skill over the phone
- Have a passion for customer service, can multitask and problem solve
- Attention to detail and can work independently or team environment

Knowledge of window coverings, window furnishings or soft furnishings is preferred but you will be considered if you have worked in the home furnishings, manufacturing, building, construction, or retail industry.
