**About your role**
We are currently searching for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team based in our Melbourne based Head Office. We have great teams on site and will offer the support and training to help you get equipped to hit the ground running with all things Ixom
**We have a Full time permanent and a 12-month contract based position available**
At IXOM, our customers are the most integral part of what we do. Alongside a complex warehousing, logistics and supply chain function, the Customer Service teams are responsible for ensuring all our customers get end to end support. To be successful in this role you will be eager to learn, driven, and have excellent organisation & communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the customer order process (end to end)
- Ensure the accurate delivery of the right product to the right customer
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Accurate recording and processing of all orders
- Monitor orders and take a proactive approach to resolve any potential problems
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative and effective relationships with internal stakeholders
**Who are we looking for?**
- Have customer service experience, either phone based or face-to-face
- Be a good team player
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
