**Yarra Park - Car Park Customer Service Attendant - Event Day**

The Melbourne Cricket Club has the public responsibility of managing one of the largest and the most successful stadiums in Australia and the world - the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). The MCG is host to more than 70 major events annually, attracting over three million patrons and visitors. Exceptional customer service plays a crucial role in providing a memorable experience to all visitors.

We are looking for enthusiastic **car park customer service attendants** who are friendly, passionate about the MCG, Melbourne and our sporting culture to work as **Customer Service Attendants in Yarra Park precinct.**

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have:

- Previous experience providing excellent service and/or in an event operations role.
- High quality verbal communication skills and high standards of personal presentation.
- The capability to direct traffic and park vehicles (this role is based in the Yarra Park)
- The ability to work in a range of locations across the precinct including outdoors in Yarra Park within the car park or G-Train locations.

**To ensure the MCC can meet its staffing requirements for every event, it is essential that you can meet all of the following requirements**:

- Be available to work a minimum of 30 events offered during the calendar year (1st January - 31st December) inclusive of eight (8) Marquee events.
- Are over the age of 18 by **22 October 2025**.
- Be available to attend an interview between **2:00pm and 6:00on** on **9** October 2025**.
- Be available to complete induction session and car park training in the evening of **22 October 2025**.
- Be available for on job training on **18 December 2025**.
