**TASKS**:

- Scanning paperwork and photocopying.
- Answering incoming calls and directing as needed.
- Helping the Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator in their duties and ad hoc duties as instructed.
- Supporting the other office staff in administrative tasks and data entry.
- Maintaining the general office and kitchenette with supplies as necessary.
- Practise Dalekit’s core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Communication and Quality in all tasks as required.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident phone manner.
- Calm under pressure especially with competing demands and difficult situations.
- Ability to prioritise work.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy while never losing sight of the big picture.

- A self-driven, fast, proactive learner with a keen desire to learn about everything Dalekit.
- Must have a warm, friendly and personable demeanour.

**Salary**: $33,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Windsor, NSW 2756: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
