The goal is to double our team size this financial year and in order to drive our next wave of growth, we are looking for a Head of People & Culture to join the leadership team and drive our People & Culture strategy whilst fulfilling HR duties across our global business.

Supporting a global workforce, you will be an experienced HR generalist who enjoys the energy of a global scale-up and knows what it takes to support a fast-growing business. With offices in Victoria, Australia and Colorado, USA, we are open to someone joining us from either Victoria (Australia) or CA, CO, OR, WA (USA).
Key duties of this role will include:
- Leading people operations practices and initiatives including policies, systems and payroll
- Recruiting, onboarding and retaining the best talent across Australia and USA
- Collaborating with leaders to understand their commercial needs and co-creating learning and professional growth opportunities
- Developing Render’s Employee Value Proposition
- Managing all employee relation requirements with empathy, good judgement and a sound technical understanding of trends and compliance requirements in Australia and the USA
- Understanding employee engagement levers in a global SaaS Business
- Participating actively as a member of Render’s global leadership team
You will be passionate about building a team, approach your role with a commercial mindset and be agile in your approach. Exposure to or an understanding of a Software as a Service (SaaS) business is integral to this role and it’d be a bonus if you’ve got experience working with product, engineering and/or sales teams.
