What You'll Do:

· Partner with a Chief People to s
hape the people agenda in a multi-site environment during a time of historic change.

Lead a purpose-driven culture renewal with a focus on resilience and connection.

Partner with a new executive team, driving strategic HR initiatives underpinned by financial and digital literacy.

·
Build organisational capability and lead workforce transformation aligned with a new operating model targeting cost reductions and innovation.

What You'll Bring:

Deep, broad HR generalist experience with proven leadership across IR, ER, organisational development, and change management.

Action-oriented and driven, with a kind and collaborative style.

Strong business acumen and professionalism, focused on building durable foundations.

·
Experience in health or related sectors highly regarded but not essential.

Ability to lead with depth, credibility, and empathy, balancing pace with people-centred impact.
