**About the role**

This role is responsible for the delivery of premium workplace health and safety training services to Victorian Chamber members and clients. As well as training delivery, this position will help to design and refine products and services including full range of Health Safety and Wellbeing development courses.

**About you**
- Minimum diploma level qualification plus minimum five years work experience in HSW or a related area
- Demonstrated capacity to provide professional and engaging training services.
- Mental Health First Aid facilitator accreditation
- Commercially minded with an ability to recognise, develop and convert new training opportunities;
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend complex and specialised issues and communicate them in a user-friendly manner;
- Broad knowledge of HSW and Workers’ Compensation legislation;
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills;
- Excellent customer service skills.
