Reporting to the **Technology Area Manager** the **Onboarding Supervisor** is accountable for leading and supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of new Machine Control Guidance Technicians and apprentices rotating through the Technology Department

This position plays a pivotal role by providing initial training plans, onboarding process management, and ensuring effective new starter experiences, by coaching, mentoring and training personnel

**Onboarding Supervisor** will liaise with other WesTrac departments such as People & Culture, Learning & Development, Information Services (IT) and the greater Technology Operations team, to ensure an understanding of demand as well as effective delivery on commitments.

**Location**: South Guildford, Perth

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Understanding of a dealership model
- Demonstrated understanding of CAT MineStar Technologies
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience
- Interpersonal skills contributing to a great team culture
- Engaging personality
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training and mentoring others
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills to coordinate onboarding training
