Reporting to the **Technology Area Manager, **the **Onboarding Supervisor** is accountable for leading and supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of new Machine Control Guidance Technicians and apprentices rotating through the Technology Department. This position plays a pivotal role by providing initial training plans, onboarding process management, and ensuring effective new starter experiences, by coaching, mentoring and training personnel.

The Onboarding Supervisor will liaise with other WesTrac departments such as People & Culture, Learning & Development, Information Services (IT) and the greater Technology Operations team, to ensure an understanding of demand as well as effective delivery on commitments.

**Location**: Perth Airport (Technology Department - Anderson Place)

**Roster**: Monday to Friday, 10.5 Hrs (Permanent Full-Time)

**To be successful the following is required**:

- In-depth knowledge of dealership operations and models.
- Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
- Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring team members.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an engaging personality that fosters a positive team culture.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills for effective onboarding and training coordination.
