**We are looking for a dynamic and strong 'Warehouse Supervisor ' for a 4 Month Contract. This role represents a fantastic opportunity with one of WA's premiers in mining. This is an 8/6 Roster.**

We are looking for someone with 5+ Years Mining experience at a Warehouse supervisor level with exposure to Freight and Logistics

**Safety**:

- Ensure Warehouse and Supply operations are performed safely, in accordance with policies, procedures and systems, and address hazards and risks present.
- Foster and encourage a strong Warehouse and Supply team safety culture through the establishment of clear team expectations.
- Develop and maintain Warehouse and Supply policies and procedures.
- Ensuring warehouse and contract personnel are authorised, qualified and competent to undertake their task/s.

**Team Management & Development**:

- Manage Warehouse team roster, travel, accommodation and leave requirements.
- Manage team recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
- Establish team performance, role, and behavioural expectations.
- Ensure Warehouse team members attend and/or undertake required training sessions, and safety/operational meetings.

**Operational**:

- Coordinate, plan and schedule Warehouse activities.
- Develop and maintain Warehouse and Supply work instructions and procedures to ensure activities are carried out in a planned and consistent manner.
- Preparation of weekly Warehouse operational plan/schedule.
- Ensure Warehouse site service requirements are met.
- Ensure Warehouse activities (eg. receival, storage and delivery of goods) are accurately tracking, measured, and recorded within management systems (eg. SAP).
- Ensure site inventory is stored in accordance with specific site, operational, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance with inventory and store security requirements.
- Plan, track and monitor inventory stock counts in accordance with Newcrest inventory and financial governance requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and report on data and information required to monitor and understand Telfer Warehouse and Supply performance.
