About the Role
This role supports the Remediation Lead to deliver Financial Planning remediation projects within Australia Commercial Division.

What will your day look like?
This role is accountable for Supporting the Remediation Lead to:
Ensure that milestones and commitments are met in line with remediation principles, agreed timelines and objectives.
Liaise directly with key stakeholders to drive forward to remediation and ensure milestones are met that meet the Australia Commercial business objectives and have the right customer outcomes.
Providing training and support for financial advice related remediations to ensure a customer focused approach that is conducted fairly, honestly, and efficiently, ensuring adherence with governance requirements and in line with the Remediation and Governance Framework.
Supports monitoring and addressing customer remediation initiatives aligning with agreed upon timeframe, provisions, and framework.
Engaging with Assurance teams, Operational Risk and Compliance teams and Audit in relation to Remediation, Compliance and Governance

**Advice**: ASIC RG 146 compliant
**Communication**: The ability to convey and comprehend information effectively in both spoken and written formats.

**Governance**: Providing governance expertise to support the effective operation of a team, function, project or entity. This includes developing and implementing governance frameworks (including rules, relationships, systems and processes) to assist with the proper exercise and control of authority.
**Critical thinking**: The ability to use logic and reasoning to analyse, evaluate and synthesize a range of information to understand an opportunity or challenge.
**Risk and issue management**: The ability to identify and assess risks, determine the corrective action required to control or eliminate the risks and effectively manage issues that arise.
**Planning and Prioritisation**: Planning and prioritising what needs to be done (including people, process and technology implications) in order to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities. This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies.
