8. Resource Management, Shift Management, Stake Holder Management

9. Process knowledge on ITIL

**Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**
- **1 Willing to work in shifts and being flexible.**_

2 Publishing the customer required reports - Daily, weekly, Monthly, quarterly

3 Identify the Risk and issue, action and mitigation plan

4 Identifying the area of improvements and execute them with customer approval

5 Maintain and keep updated the List of Service desk agents details in documents and telephony systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (preferred)
