You'll be at the forefront of shaping the delivery of our client's Service Desk operations in Australia, providing unparalleled technical support for their customers' software, hardware, and database quandaries. Guided by their customer-centric ethos, our client demands nothing less than excellence, and they need a seasoned Service Desk Manager on the ground in Australia to make it happen.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience within the Retail or SaaS sector would be ideal.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience working in a Service Desk IT Leadership role.
- Experience building and managing a service desk team.
- Knowledge of supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, general networking and communications, computer hardware and associated peripherals
- Have strong customer service skills and customer empathy, to provide excellence in support delivery
- Skilled in MySQL, SOAP API, Web skills and techniques
- Analytical skills including analysis of data to drive improvements against KPIs
- To be flexible to work out of hours (as and when required)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
