6-month Service Desk Agent opportunity to work for a large company that is a global leader in consulting and technology | Office in Richmond | ASAP start | $37.50 per hour

  • Previous phone-based Customer Service and administration experience essential
  • Represent a global leader providing excellent service to community members
  • ASAP start | Office in Richmond | 6-month temporary opportunity | Full-time hours | $37.50 per hour

You will be responsible for :

  • Responding to and managing technical support tickets (via calls, logs, and automated systems)
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, escalating when necessary
  • Maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Following change management processes
  • Keeping operational documentation up to date
  • Working closely with the Team Lead and Service Delivery Manager

To be successful you will have :

  • Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and professional
  • Some technical knowledge (L1 skills) – but attitude and communication are key
  • Experience in customer support (retail experience is a bonus)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
