DXC are seeking a **Personnel Security Administrator**, this role will see you working in DXC’s Public Sector Security Team to embed an enduring security culture. You will work with the Chief Security Officer for DXC’s Public Sector Industry, focused on strengthening internal security governance and assurance to safeguard our resources, including those resources entrusted to us by our customers.

**NOTE: For this opportunity you must have a minimum of a Baseline clearance, with the ability to achieve a NV2 clearance.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Process security requests relating to security clearances and onboarding of resources onto our public sector projects
- Maintain and update security procedure documents
- Monitor the team’s inbox and respond to non-complex security queries
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure security processes are followed and information is disseminated in a timely manner
- Maintain the team’s security database ensuring accurate records
- Conduct overseas travel briefings and update travel register
- Support the team with other administrative tasks allocated by the CSO
- A team player who can provide support and guidance to other team members

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- You must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.
- Knowledge of Commonwealth protective security frameworks and underlining policies and requirements
- Previous experience in clearance administration and onboarding management
- Solid presentation, writing and communications skills
- Ability to work within challenging business environments
