**About the Role**

This position will assist Logistics Manager in arranging and monitoring all inbound and outbound activities and will communicate with all parties for logistics issues. This role will be cross-trained and serve as backup for Inventory Planner.

As the logistics officer, you will be responsible for:

- Preparation of import/export documents
- System booking/posting of all inbound shipments
- Coordinating and monitoring of all warehousing and transport activities
- Preparation of regular logistics activities and inventory reports
- Liaise with both internal and external parties for logistics issues and to ensure all relative parties are constantly updated regarding such issues
- Data entry and reporting

**About You**
- The ability to work well in a team as well as unsupervised
- Exceptional organisation skills and high attention to detail
- A passion for inventory or Supply Chain Management
- Excel - intermediate to advanced
- Good communication skills
