**The Role**:
The Sydney Head Office is offering a chance to further your career in Import and Export Operations. You will take ownership and provide outstanding service to their loyal client base.

This is a unique role where you will manage logístical solutions for your allocated clients, both air and ocean freight imports and exporting to the pacific islands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Import/Export Document Processing and Creation
- Facilitation of Import & Export shipments
- Liaising with shipping lines, co-loaders, airlines and transport carriers
- Providing clients with exceptional customer service

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in import or exports customer service role would be highly regarded.
- A driven and keen attitude
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Cargowise experience would be beneficial
- Passionate about customer service
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Full Australian working rights

**Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000 + Super (pending experience)
