**The Position**

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

- Communicate with clients, carriers and suppliers to negotiate rate agreements
- Process of import transactions while learning export air procedures
- Co-ordinate the import air process from shipper to consignee
- Ensuring transshipment freight is processed effectively to minimise delays
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolving service issues promptly and efficiently
- Develop strong client relationships
- Gain additional skills by assisting in all operational departments when required
