**The Role**
Our Government Client is looking for a Privacy Project Officer to assist in the implementation of a range of ‘privacy-by-design’ solutions with respect to the claims management systems and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver prioritized data breach response activities
- Receive and respond to external privacy enquiries or complaints
- Implement a range of privacy uplifts to improve internal information handling
- identify trends and opportunities to develop safer approaches to information handling
- Work closely with the Information and Privacy Team, providing regular updates on data breach initiatives

**Key Skills**:

- Experience in working as a Privacy Project Officer focussing on complaints management.
- Experience in working with the Privacy & Data Protection Act or the Health Records Act (is an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to draft and implement policies and work practices
- Experience working with but not limited to regulators, service providers and legal advisers.
- Experience working as part of a leadership team, driving business performance at an organizational level
