About the Role
- Responsible for maintaining the Metro South Health Financial Asset Register, including acquisitions, disposals and transfers. Ensure that all assets are identified and all relevant information is accurately recorded into the Hospital and Health Services Asset Register S/4HANA (SAP system) in accordance with current accounting policies and procedures. Preparation of monthly reconciliation of the Asset Modules with the General Ledger ensuring that all balances are correct and in accordance with guidelines set out by Queensland Health and Queensland Treasury.

- Describe a time where you were required to utilise Microsoft Excel for a large data set. What was the data set used for? What was the benefit to the organisation?
- How do you determine priorities in scheduling your time? Can you give examples of how you have done this in the past?
