**Key Responsibilities**:

- In charge of delivery of high-quality credit service to clients;
- Provide a guide and review on loan products and pricing to the team;
- Contributing to improving team service level;
- Monitoring team performance;
- Identifying team knowledge gaps and providing training;
- Manage month-end team review activities and reporting;
- Ensure all activities comply with accounting standards, company policy and all relevant legislation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Experience of team management;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet required deadlines;
- Strong management skills and an ability to work with people;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Full work rights in Australia.
