As the Credit Manager for RAMS, you will be responsible for providing high quality credit decisions through timely delivery and will support the organisation in achieving desired risk and reward balance of the secured of unsecured portfolio as applicable.

Major accountabilities include:

- Contributing to maintaining team service level agreements.
- Providing an escalation point for decisions outside CAL (Credit Authority Level).
- Promoting a focus on customer centricity by ensuring that credit decisions are communicated in a constructive manner with consideration of suggestions.
- Advocating a one team culture and delivers credit coaching to embed process improvement and build credit skills capability for the RAMS Franchise Network.

**What do I need?**

Experience in the Mortgage market with greater emphasis on Self-Employed structure or willingness to learn complex structures, as well as a knowledge of industry issues, trends and practices.

A strong understanding of Acts, in accordance with regulatory and legislative guidelines coupled with the ability to articulate well and a disposition to coach, guide and provide advice to stakeholders, while enjoying working in a fast-paced working environment, will see you succeed in this role.
