**The Company**

This FMCG business has had exceptional growth and continues to gain market share from its competitors. They have a number of distribution facilities that manage the movement of their complex food and beverage products through diverse sales channels. This business has rapidly carved out a significant market share, becoming one of the leading companies in Australia. As they have continued to grow they have a need to recruit a supply chain leader to manage the operations function and continue the drive for excellence.

**The Role**

This is a leadership role reporting to the GM Supply Chain. With Distribution Centres across many locations as well as utilising the services of third party suppliers, this role is critical is delivering the products to consumers in the most efficient manner. It also has a strong strategic element, planning the future of their network as well as delivering major change programs. This includes:

- function leadership of all distribution centres and transport across all locations.
- lead all logistics activity in the movement of a diverse product range through to the customer.
- responsible for the development and transformation of a best in class supply chain operations specifically focused on leadership and development of personnel, culture, efficiency and costs.
- drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network and through suppliers.
- optimise customer service levels, ensuring they are met or exceeded, as well as leading and delivering on the company's strategic logistics objectives nationally.
- project manage and deliver on logistics transformation.

**The Person**

To be successful in attaining an interview you must had led a multi-site logistics operation within a FMCG or Retail environment.

You will be a passionate and driven supply chain professional that has the ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding results. Experience leading a end-to-end supply chain will be essential, as will your communication and presentation skills. There is an excellent salary package on offer, as well as a chance to develop a fantastic career in a market leading business.

The role is based on the Gold Coast.
