Overview of the Role:

">

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee procurement and logistics operations at one of Queensland's largest healthcare facilities.

">

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident managing people in a busy, high-volume environment while maintaining a calm, low-stress approach.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Lead and Supervise Direct Reports: You will lead and supervise a team of three, ensuring effective inventory control, supplier management, and compliance with contractual requirements.

">

- Manage Stores and Inventory: You will manage stores and inventory, ensuring efficient processing of goods, monitoring minimum/maximum stock levels, and conducting regular stocktakes.

">

- Oversee Procurement Processes: You will oversee procurement processes, parts requisition, and warranty claims, ensuring supplier management and fair market value compliance.

">

- Generate Purchase Requests and Reports: You will generate purchase requests, usage reconciliation, and reporting, as well as prepare monthly reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or procurement operations.

">

- Supervisory/people management experience.

">

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

">

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

">
