Shape the Future.Shred-X Australia is seeking a seasoned Operations Support Manager to play a key role in supporting national operational excellence across our fleet and processing centres.As part of the Freightways Group, one of Australasia's largest logistics companies, we're entering a phase of exciting transformation — and we need someone with deep operational experience and a strong project delivery background to step into a high-impact national leadership role.What You'll DoSupport national operations with a focus on processing centre and fleet performanceDrive safety, compliance, cost control, and continuous improvementLead project initiatives from planning through to executionAnalyse operational data to inform decision-making and strategyCollaborate with State Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across the networkWhat You Bring20+ years of experience in depot, manufacturing, and/or logistics environmentsProven operational leadership across multiple sites or statesDemonstrated success in delivering infrastructure or business improvement projectsA hands-on, practical mindset — willing to dig into the detail when neededA calm, confident presence with the ability to guide teams through changeWhy Join Shred-X?
