Job Description
The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (part-time, negotiable) to roll out our internally developed design system. The PM will be responsible for ensuring that the Design System meets the needs of our internal engineering teams and UX designers and will lead the global adoption throughout our organisation.
On a typical day, you might:
- Prioritize work undertaken to ensure maximum value delivered to the business.
- Run a discovery session with internal (global) teams to understand their challenges and needs.
- Collaborate with UX designers to validate design hypotheses.
- Work with engineering teams to create and manage the development backlog.
- Plan and oversee sprints to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Communicate new or upcoming features to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Create a shared understanding of how the design system impacts business and product goals.

- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager
- An enthusiastic collaborator, passionate about building Design Systems that users love and bring value to the business.
- A natural curiosity to understand internal customers' problems and ask lots of questions.
- A clear thinker and communicator with excellent writing skills.
Extra expertise we value:
- Technical background in software engineering, design, or related fields.
- Experience in leadership positions.
