**What you’ll do**
- **Research Strategy**:Identify research needs, prioritise, and manage research initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Partner with stakeholders across various disciplines (Design, Product, Marketing, Experimentation, Strategy).
- **Team Leadership**:Coach and mentor researchers and team members on best practices in UX research.
- **Research Execution**:Conduct research projects supporting all stages of the product design process (ideation to evaluation).
- **Communication and Dissemination**:Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders with varying needs.
- **Manage research operations; **including research processes, participant recruitment, and research tooling.

**What you’ll bring**
- **Experience**:7+ years of relevant experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX Design with a strong research focus.
- **Project Management**:Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- **Human-Centred Design**:Applied knowledge of Human-Centred Design principles.
- **Collaboration**:Experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- **Communication**:Excellent writing and communication skills, with an engaging presentation style.
