Product Designer

We’re Terem, a tech product development and strategy firm, and we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with a passion for Agile Product Development to join our team. This is a freelance substitute position for a team member on temporary leave, with the potential to extend on a contract basis.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU IS**
- Lead and execute all phases of the UX design process from research to validation, including wireframing and prototyping.
- Assist in user research activities.
- Understand and have worked within the constraints of existing design systems
- Create high-fidelity designs - UX and UI.
- Create or extend component libraries.
- You may be working solo OR with other designers, so a strong consulting background is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Able to drive progress and push within your team to meet outcomes and see results.
- Excellent communication with Internal and External stakeholders, using a variety of written and visual mediums.
- Proactive and dedicated to seeing the project succeed.
- An ability to build great relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
