At Torrens University Australia, making a difference is their DNA. It believes in the transformative power of education to change lives, families, communities – and the world and its mission is to increase access to higher education, so learners from all walks of life can chase their dreams.

Bold, modern and agile, Torrens is Australia's fastest-growing university, with nine campuses nationwide, students from 124+ countries, and the only university in Australia and New Zealand, and one of four globally, to be a Certified B Corporation. As Australia's only private-for-profit investor-owned university, it has established itself as a truly global university and will never lose sight of its student-centric approach and aim to deliver a robust research agenda that has real social impact.

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research (DVCR) will lead the development and implementation of the University's research strategy, ensuring the academic and financial sustainability of research and the strengthening of the University's research partnerships and overall reputation.
