**About the role**

This role will report to the Senior Data and Ad Product Marketing Manager, and assist them with owning and delivering successful user journeys that improve the usability and continued adoption of the Intent Connect platform.

In this role, you are responsible for establishing design patterns and systems according to our brand identity, and driving growth and success of the Intent Connect platform adoption through continuous improvement of the user experience.

**Role responsibilities**
- Able to influence multiple stakeholders across a cross-functional team to move toward a solution within required timeframes
- Solutions focused and able to translate concerns and issues into actions in a proactive manner
- Have experience in data visualisation dashboards (desirable)
- Ability to translate research insights into solid design solutions and provide strong rationale for the design decisions made
- Understands information hierarchy
- Knowledge of design systems, principles and style guides
- A portfolio that details examples of your work.
- Excellent time-management and attention to detail with a high level of organisational, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Understanding of HTML & CSS (beneficial)

**About you**
- Experience years in a UX/UI Design role
- Degree qualified with a major in digital design or similar
- Creativity, passion, and a keen eye for storytelling - someone who can take our ideas and create something unique, emotive, and persuasive
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), coupled with outstanding stakeholder management
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
- Deliver user-centric design solutions that meet team goals and business objectives.
- Understand current user challenges and design effective solutions to improve the user experience
- Deliver and take ownership for high-quality UX outcomes
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Leads and engineering teams to deliver effective product solutions
- Build on current design system, to develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, specification and other design documents to communicate design ideas
- Be a champion of a lean and human-centred design approach to product development
