**The role & team**
Specsavers has a friendly, supportive, and high performing Professional Recruitment Team based in Port Melbourne that provides support across three streams of the Professional Recruitment Department: Partner Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment and SRS Recruitment. This role is part of the wider Professional Recruitment team consisting of twenty three team members.

**The skills we are looking for**
- Have demonstrated end to end recruitment experience within a high volume and fast paced environment
- Have strong influencing and relationship building skills with key stakeholders
- Demonstrate previous experience at delivering and / or supporting operational improvements
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail

This role is offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract.
