- Reporting, analysis and insights such as turnover statistics and action plans.
**What are we looking for?**
- Solid employee relations experience and strong understanding of relevant Australian employment legislation,
- A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline, and/or at least three years’ experience in a similar field-based partnering role,
- The ability to build strong and effective relationships with remote colleagues, and exceptional stakeholder management skills,
- A formidable problem solver, always looking for and implementing innovative improvements to key stakeholders
- Positive, curious and empathetic individual, with an eye for the bigger picture
- Confidence in negotiation, coaching and influencing,
- A resilient, 'glass-half-full', approachable and warm personality,
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach, and
- Exceptional communication skills and strong ability with systems and software, including Excel.
- Experience in a large geographically spread workforce.
This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team in a dynamic and progressive business. Reporting to the Human Resources Director and working closely within the HR and Payroll team, with the support of our Careers and L&D departments and an inspirational CPO who chairs the AHRI D&I Advisory panel, together we're going to build the best employee experience in the industry
