**Job Description**:
As a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist, you will focus on building the global ECAL end-user community across all major social platforms, whilst implementing interesting and engaging business-related content to inform, educate and convert business prospects.

The primary aim is to create engaging content that grows ECAL’s user following, builds brand identity, and generates demand through storytelling and creative executions. The role taps into the B2C mindset, positioning the calendar as a popular tool for effective life management, empowerment, personal freedom and control.

You will also support a large portfolio of the world’s biggest and best loved brands, who use the ECAL solution to connect with their audience, and communicate their events better.

In this role, you will also manage the company content calendar, and design, manage and implement a range of interesting content initiatives as part of ECAL’s marketing funnels strategy for business customers.

Objectives

Key outcomes and success measure of the role include:

- Grow ECAL’s end-user following and engagement
- Help develop ECAL’s brand identity and persona
- Elevate ECAL’s brand presence in the global market
- Manage the company Content Calendar
- Amplify and assist with major brand client promotions
- Increase visibility and reach of the platform’s capabilities
- Develop creative campaigns leveraging major brand ambassadors
- Deliver ongoing video, social, and written content to increase reach
- Produce thought leadership content and customer stories amplify business success.

About You

You are an expert in managing all popular social media platforms, you’re highly creative, love the power of storytelling, and you have an affinity for popular sports and entertainment culture.

Your skills and experience include:

- Strong social media background across channels - video and written
- Creative and innovative ways of reimagining socials and partner storytelling
- Hands on shooting, editing, scheduling
- Understanding of sports, fan engagement, or content-led platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and generate ideas in a lean, fast-paced environment.
