What you’ll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People & Culture Analyst to join our People & Culture division in a permanent full-time capacity.
The People & Culture Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the implementation, communication, key insights, tracking and reporting of People & Culture system activities that support Toyota employees, dealers, suppliers, vehicle importers and the broader community.
The People & Culture Division is responsible for the provision of Toyota human resources, best practice advisory, learning and development services to both internal customers and external businesses. This includes, but is not limited to, Toyota employees, dealers, suppliers, vehicle importers and the broader community with the aim to becoming an outstanding employer of choice.
This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you’ll make an impact- Gather, collate, and analyse information relating to People & Culture activities. Prepare and distribute, current state, reports, information, insights, presentations and recommend countermeasures, where required, to problem solve and inform decision making.- Maintain reporting schedules by coordinating inputs from the People & Culture - Cross team and/or other areas of the business/network, to provide accurate and timely information to ensure project objectives and milestones are met.- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of communication tools, business processes and reporting systems to enable the network to achieve optimal employee engagement and enablement.- Coordinate end to end process to ensure events, forums and meetings are delivered in accordance to plan and within budget whilst providing a seamless and professional attendee experience.- Act as a key contact for stakeholders in relation to People & Culture Systems. Resolve queries and issues or escalate as appropriate.- Play a key role in strategic programs of work through requirement elicitation, business process mapping, workshop facilitation and process modelling.
Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Relevant qualification and/or demonstrated experience in data reporting, analysis, and project coordination.- Advanced skills and experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI (or equivalent analysis tools).- Experience in Payroll, Human Resources & Training practices.- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, preferably in relation to human resources systems (e.g., wages, leave entitlements).- Understanding of automotive and/or franchise dealer network desirable.
